The hotel has a great location, good price and pleasant helpful staff.

FREE and more various than other hotels are in similar price.

The non-central location was offset by the hotel being located next to the tramstop, with frequent trams providing a 5-minute ride to the railway station (a 15-minute brisk stroll, as I also found!

Its location suited us perfectly as we had a very early morning flight to take from FCO, the hotel is well situated in the old town and the bathrooms are awesome.

The hotel is in a great location in the old town close to the railway station.

6-7min tram/bus ride from the city centre/station and the stop is jsut outside the hotel.

The staff was very friendly, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good - yes basic.

Rooms are very,very small, filthy, no a/c and no coffee maker in room as described, and very OVER PRICED for the money.

The room was tiny, the bathroom was a miniscule glass cabin carved out of the room.

The hotel bar and restaurant are too bright and lack character, and the hotel was very busy with tour bus groups.

The room was huge, the breakfast was quite good - a good range of food and the Spa was okay not too crowded.

Negative or less positive points are: The breakfast is good but plain, not very special.

Breakfast uninspiring and staff rather laid back.

Breakfast however was probably the least impressive during our 17-day Europe trip.

Public areas were clean and functional, the reception staff was kind, the room was comfortable.

Friendly staff, free internet available and the food was very good.

I may well stay in this hotel again and friendly service.

The friendly staff and the receptionists were all very kind and helpful.

The intention was to have a pampering relaxing weekend in a hotel with fitness, spa and swimming pool.

And regarding the "spa", you can find it in the garage, a tiny room with a tiny changing space, right next to the tiny fitness room.

Tram link to town centre worked well and free parking is useful.

The service was excellent and the rooms were clean and stylish.

They now all have hardwood flooring, very clean and designer bathrooms.

Modern and clean room though on the small side.

Modern room design, nice bar and fresh fruits by the elevator every day.

    Hot buffet, big swimming-pool.

    Some of the hotel staff not very friendly especially one male staff in the restaurant, service oriented and our room window opened onto a tiny courtyard.

    The location was excellent, all of the decor was quite modern in a funky way we liked and the waiting staff were not overly friendly or helpful. The room was huge, the breakfast was quite good - a good range of food and the Spa was okay not too crowded.

    A marvelous all-round view from the window and excellent price/quality ratio. The friendly staff and the receptionists were all very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good - yes basic.

    Just 6 stops far from the city center, convenience of the hotel was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good.

    The SPA area very comfortable after a businees day, the hotel is near a tram stop that takes you to the city center within a fair time and the rooms are VERY big.
