If you are a smoker you will have no problems with this hotel except the price you will pay for 3 star service and amenities.
Well situated for business meetings etc and the location of the hotel is superb.
The location is fabulous and we especially liked that they provided bikes for use in the park.
Great views, the location of the hotel is very good and rooms are large and clean.
For a first time guest, of advanced age (I am 80), I was pampered from the first moment I set foot on the premises to the last, 24 hours later.
Alltogether, I wonderful week-end at this hotel from where I could reach all the sights on foot within minutes and could walk into the park, the Schlossgarten, with no effort.
The room (junior suite) was quite large and very comfortable.
The towels in the bathroom were horrid, I literally scratched myself with them.
Room spacious and 2 possibilities for breakfast: buffet or downstairs at the brasserie.
The decor of the room is very nice, one of the best staff I have ever seen and amongst the most friendly that I have seen across many similar facilities.
Staff was fine, check-in was quick and efficient, the rooms were.
Breakfast buffet was also very good value.
Great staff, superb bedding and good restaurants.
The breakfast was something special and both of the resturants were lovely.

Good Location, the Hotel was easy to find from the railway station and staff were very helpful.

The hotel has no fitness and spa (which is odd, given it is a luxury hotel and has plenty of space) but you can buy a day card (12€, not including water and towels) for a nearby sports club.
Lobby is again tired, but I didn't find it nearly as bad as others have written.
And theres no reason to hang around the lobby anyhow.
The room was spotless and breakfast were both superb.
Good turndown service, clean room and a hot breakfast of sausages.
