We had a pleasant stay at Cityhotel in Kempten. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the Christmas market, making it easy to explore the town. The owner/receptionist was friendly and multilingual, which made communication effortless. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere for our stay. The on-site breakfast was delightful with homemade jams and dried fruits. We also appreciated the free parking and the availability of Wi-Fi in our room. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Kempten.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I expected coffee tea, cereal & toast but got eggs, sausage, cheeses, cold meats, yoghurts, pastries. In short a full German Breakfast of the first order.

The specially adjustable beds were unable to go soft enough for my wife's liking but I enjoyed the mid-range firmness and slept very well.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the excellent service and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the old city center, making it convenient to explore the area. The buffet breakfast is a real highlight, offering a variety of homemade jams, warm bread, sweet and savory dishes, and fresh squeezed orange juice. The staff is super friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms are sparkling clean and well-maintained, with nice decor and a pleasant scent.

The breakfast options and service were satisfactory. The room view was splendid as we had a great lookout over the city and the surrounding mountains. The hotel is situated in close proximity to several museums and galleries. the staff was polite and helpful.

The room could have been better for the price we paid. The mattress was old and lumpy, the curtains were too short for the window, and there was no iron in the room.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy and clean rooms with comfortable beds, perfect for a relaxing holiday. One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast buffet with fresh and varied options, including coffee that was just amazing. the convenient location allowed us to easily explore the nearby town and enjoy a walk around.

We did experience some discomfort due to the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. This made it a bit challenging to sleep comfortably, especially during the hot nights.
