There was not one dust speck out of place in my room. It was so disappointing to not have to request housekeeping to come clean it again.

What a fantastic Easter getaway! The location of this hotel could not have been any better, right in the heart of the ski resort and just a stone's throw away from the ski lifts. The ski rental shop located just a few steps away from the hotel entrance was super convenient and made renting gear a breeze. The breakfast was also a highlight with plenty of delicious local specialties to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the freshly baked bread and the hot chocolate.

The room was a bit overpriced and lacking in size. We had to pay extra to upgrade to a larger room.

We had an incredible stay at a resort in the Austrian Alps. The hotel's Alpine lodge design created a cozy ambiance, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The spa and ski room were added bonuses. we were impressed by the exceptional service and amenities provided by the hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing lactose-free milk for breakfast and managing the parking. The location was perfect for accessing the nearby hiking trails and enjoying the beautiful mountain surroundings. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa area, and the room was spacious, clean, and had all necessary amenities.

Our recent stay was beyond our expectations. The location was perfect with easy access to the ski lifts and slopes just a few steps away from the hotel. The breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains make this place an ideal location for skiers and nature lovers. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and delightful. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and abundant. We also enjoyed the wonderful spa area, complete with saunas and relaxation rooms, which were great after a long day on the slopes. We highly recommend this place!

The nearby restaurants and shops were not all open during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski area and the town centre. The room was fairly spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel staff was polite and friendly.

The restaurant was a letdown. The breakfast buffet was limited, and the dinner menu was not very varied, with a focus on Austrian cuisine only.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was very impressed. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, with the ski slopes right at my doorstep. It was so convenient to be able to start skiing right across the street, just a few meters away. The hotel also offers a primitive ski lift which made it even easier to access the slopes. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Salzburg airport, making it a breeze to get to. As for the service, it was top-notch. The room was always clean and tidy thanks to the efficient housekeeping team. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.
