Alif Hotel Lisbon - 里斯本

The location is perfect, good access to public transport - aero bus and hotel is located near subcay station.

As others have said the location next to Campo Pequeno is perfect in regard to the convenience of being next to the metro stop and supermarket.

The location - at Campo Pequeno, close to the airport, just two stops on the no 91 Aerobus (€3 which then gives you unlimited bus travel for the rest of the same day that you arrive - or was it for 24 hours?

We arrived early at 9am, just outside the airport we take an aerobus instead of a metro which we find it much cheaper and paid 3 euros (each person) and we use the aerobus ticket for a wholeday for bus/tram.

It also cost us €6 for a taxi to the airport when we left, and took ten minutes - better than the bus!

We had a twin room which was very nice, it had big wardrobes, satellite TV, a safe, air conditioning and quite a large bathroom.

The only downside was we had asked for a double bed but got given to single beds.

I liked the location of the hotel, good services and clean room-comfortable beds.

Rooms were perfect, and the modern climate controls (which ensured a good night's sleep in a cool room) were much appreciated.

The main bedroom was -- as is befitting a suite -- spacious and comfortable, and we would have enjoyed the ample closet space if we had been able to stuff a few more outfits into our overflowing backpacks.

Everynight at the bar they would warm up the milk for me and breakfast service is excellent.

But by far the best feature of this hotel - bar none - is breakfast.

Breakfast was very good, a great variety of food.

Buffet breakfast was amazing and WIDE selection of food on offer including scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit salad, toast, yoghurt, fresh fruit and variety of breads, cereals and pastries.

There is also a cinema, where you can watch english movies with portugese subtiles and a food court with lot of restaurants to choose from.

Also, the reception desk staff could use better customer service especially if they are giving you the wrong directions.

Reception staff was unusually helpful and we even had a balcony we didn't expect.

The staff at the front desk in the morning were very friendly and helpful.

The front desk employees were a little indifferent and not overly helpful but we managed to get what we needed.

At busy times you had to wait very long for the elevator, but you had the choice to make morning gym and walk up to the 9floor, where you had a bautiful view.

For those planning on exploring POrtugal by car, the additional advantage is that safe, garaged parking is only 6E/night, with direct elevator to the rooms.

Lobby is clean, open and personnel is friendly.

Frendly & polite staff, clean rooms and great breakfast buffet included.

Clean & comfortable rooms and great selection at the breakfast buffet.

The room was very clean and in good conditions.

The bathtub was clean and -- unusually for Europe -- long enough to be perfect for six-footers.

The hotel looked a bit shabby from the outside, but inside it was fine - my room was clean and well maintained.
