More than 80 years ago Hotel Alfonso XIII was called the best hotel in Europe and is now considered one of the most reputed accommodations. Called in honour of the Spanish king Alfonso XIII the hotel still retained its royal spirit. This luxurious 19th century property is situated in the historic centre of Seville, not far from the Royal Alcazar Palace and 15th century Gothic cathedral. Constructed in Moresque style, the hotel plunges its visitors into the atmosphere of unforgettable comfort and most attentive service. The outdoor swimming pool is a great way to freshen up during the hot sunny days.

All rooms are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities such as cable TVs, irons, clocks, safes and hairdryers. The guests are able to choose Arabic, Castilian or Baroque-style room. A conference room, meeting rooms, a public Internet terminal, a car park, laundry, a medical center, and a business center are also at your disposal. Professional and experienced concierges will answer any guests’ demands.

Dining options

  Very nice old hotel, stylish building in a good location and no stuffiness here, just great service. Excellent staff to the point you can even choose your room, many decent restaurants close by.

  Other than the high cost and the location is phenomenal, and once again the building is excellent. Ancient elephant trunk hairdryers need to be replaced fast and the fixed price dinner menu at the restaurant is good value. We used the outside pool one afternoon is also very nice.

  I absolutely loved the decor and a beautiful imacculate historical building in a great location. Wonderful staff and nice large room. Good food and perhaps I am just used to more familiarity as a goofy American.

  The hotel is simply beautiful, westin's heavenly beds are super comfortable.

  Public areas are impressive, and rooms are fairly good too, breakfast plates are very small and ice cold.

  The hotel's san fernando restaurant offers exquisite Spanish cousine and consierge and Reception people were approachable and helpful. The room was huge and gorgeous.

  The room was large and elegantly furnished, as expected from a 5 star/hotel, the service was excellent, and for Spain, very fast and responsive, as always, the Westin bed was very comfortable.

  Notwithstanding, the hotel met all expectations for service and luxury, all staff that we encountered were polite and helpful. By the evening the room was uncomfortably warm.

  Friendly staff gorgeous breakfast, there's a great central courtyard for cocktails and at least dinner, nice pool.

  Very poor service and stained bed valance.
