The hotel was really good, I would love to go back. Excellent value, room was air conditioned. Staff were attentive. The restaurant was good for all meals, I had delicious dishes. The bed was great. The bathroom was large. The location was unbeatable, just 5 minutes by foot from the downtown area.

The bed at Hotel Alfonso IX was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day on the Camino. The extra pillows were a rare luxury. Plus, the room service was a lifesaver for tired walkers like me.
