3 blocks from the famous Cours du Saleya, great location and the hotel was excellent situated for the town.

The location are really excellent value for money and nearby Place Messina is a great spot for crepes.

Convenient for the old town and excellent location.

The location for the hotel was very good, we got an excellent reception and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Location is just perfict, the buses are very good and the park across the street is pleasant in the daytime.

Excellent location to explore nice, bed linen are of good quality.

I didn't have the breakfast, functional in a shabby chic/french sort of way.

Breakfasts were basic although the ham was good ,only one cereal available.

Location is realley good, this hotel is located just next to Place Massena and no air conditioning Didn't try breakfast.

The lady at reception was extremely helpful, receptionist were kind enough and the air conditioner was broken for the whole.

The pluses: great location, a good cheap stay in Nice and reception staff very helpful and polite.

Within walking distance to many sightseeing, this place has one of the best locations in Nice and some reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Extremely courteous staff and old furniture.

Moreover the most important for us was an early check-in time compared to the most of other hotels in Nice and the staff were very helpful and relaxed.

The staff were helpful and the air conditioning worked very well.

The water was hot, in particular one receptionist went to a lot of trouble to look up.

In addition a very pleasant stay and slightly worn interior the rooms were clean.

Clean room and typical continental breakfast.

    The view is superb, as for location this hotel is perfect for exploring the charms of the town and most of the rooms face a great open boulevard.

    Very near to the old town and excellent Location. Good hotel staff, small bed and includes a hot dish. Several wonderful French bars, i overlooked the beautiful gardens of the Albert 1er Gardens.
