Language Barrier: Some staff had a poor command of English, which made communication challenging.

The experience here was excellent for exploring the volcano, the staff was attentive and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and quiet with a great view.

the breakfast was fine with fresh pastries, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, so much to pick from. we stayed in panoramic queen room with a great view. the hotel had a favourable and beautiful location in the hill side.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The modern and clean room with a nice bathroom was super impressive. The enormous TV in the room added an extra wow factor. The pool and spa area were jaw-droppingly superb, providing the ultimate relaxation experience. The breakfast buffet served with a view all the way to the sea was simply incredible with lots of variety in the food and fresh coffee served by the friendly waiters. The warm and welcoming reception staff, especially Giuseppe, made us feel like VIPs by upgrading us to a junior suite. The spectacular views from the hotel and our room were breathtaking. The spacious and perfectly manicured pool and gardens were always empty, allowing for complete tranquility. The convenient off-street parking, although slightly tricky during celebrations, was easily accessible. The hotel design and layout were fantastic, and the staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly. The stunning view of the coast from the pool and the proximity to Mount Etna were truly unforgettable. Lastly, the chic yet affordable restaurant at the hotel was a delightful surprise. The overall quality of the beds ensured a great night's sleep. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Our family (3 people) stayed 6 nights in the end of August 2010. Staff was English speaking, all facilities were in good order. Very nice garden in the premises of the hotel. Pool's water was clean and staff was friendly, helpful and patient. Very good breakfast including personal capuccinos by order. Cosy and beatyful atmosphere in the hotel.

Way to parking place is very vertical and needs good driving experience.

Reasonably large room with very comfy bed and electric blankets, down pillows, and hypo-allergenic pillows. Central heating, a private safe, and pay television were convenient.

The stunning view of the sea from the Hellenistic theater in Taormina is just breathtaking, especially when you can also spot the steaming Etna. And don't miss the splendid Sicilian Baroque in Catania, it's UNESCO-worthy. The two outdoor pools at the hotel provide a peaceful oasis amidst the chestnut trees. The terraces offer unforgettable moments enjoying the coastal view. The elegant style of the hotel makes for a pleasant stay. The restaurant serves delicious food.

Oh, I just loved everything about it, no complaints at all!

We stay in a superior room with panoramic views. We had a spectacular terrace. furniture in the room is a bit old but well cared for, room is very clean and spacious. hotel is located on the access road to Etna Sur (half way) so it is very comfortable to visit the area. hotel facilities are spectacular. outdoor pools are wonderful, gardens are very well cared for, spa with a jet pool, sauna, jacuzzi and shower with various temperatures, small but very good. dinner was made every day in the restaurant. They have a menu to choose between different dishes very correct and very good everything. staff of the right hotel, one of the breakfast waiters, who one day was head of the room during the dinner was very friendly, explaining us the wine list and specialties of the menu. He even gave us the recipe for a good aperol spritz! we return to the area we will repeat the hotel for sure

To put a but since our stay was magnificent ... The service of the dining room a little slow at the time of bringing the dishes. The breakfast didn't have cut fruit, it was in syrup

I had an amazing stay at Airone Hotel! The hotel design and layout were fantastic, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The view from the pool overlooking the coast was absolutely stunning, and the proximity to Mount Etna was a wonderful perk. The spa and wellness area were top-notch, rivaling those of 5-star properties. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The dinner restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was always ready, even for our crazy morning schedules. I had a pleasant hospitality experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Airone Wellness in Zafferana Etnea for a few days. The location was perfect for exploring the Crateri Silvestri of Etna, which were only a short 15-20 minute drive away. The staff at Airone Wellness were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent tips for our day trips. The wellness area was a highlight of our stay, and we spent a lot of time relaxing there. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities were great. I highly recommend staying at Airone Wellness for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area.

Perfect setting for a stay near Etna. Rifugio Sapienza is only 20 minutes drive away. There is a pool and impressive wellness centre to soothe your aching muscles after a hard day's walking! Our room had a lovely large terrace looking down over Catania and the sea. Dinner was very nice and is recommended, breakfast was a bit limited but adequate especially on the first day we stayed (Friday) when there was only bread, yoghurts and cakes, there were more items available on the Saturday, cereal and a few more spreads, juices etc.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at Airone Wellness Hotel in Zafferana Etnea. This hotel was chosen by my director, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The property itself is simply stunning, with an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the hotel boasts a gym, allowing guests to stay active and fit during their stay.

Beautiful pool and grounds (and spa but too nice not to be outside!) - that was generally very quiet except for last day when they had a wedding and lots more guests. Lovely restaurant too with great buffet breakfasts and nice touch of providing some basics in the minibar each day included in the price. Great location for village (wonderfully untouristy) and Etna excursions.

Staff friendly enough, but a bit hopeless! Took some time to get served at the bar (and no facility at the pool) or get the parking gates opened. Spoke very little English, although this wasn't a real problem. Room fine, altyhough some odd things like no glasses
