          The location is decent, short walking distance to the cable cars is a huge plus and the receptionist is the best thing about this hotel. The staff is friendly without being intrusive, the room is cosy and we had a little balcony was a big plus.

          Location was convenient to shopping and hotel position was very quiet at night was great. Our room was big and decorated in a traditional chalet style, the staff were very friendly, also, the cabinets beside the bed provided adequate storage options. Breakfast was very nice.

          This location is close to the Matterhorn express gondala and on a quiet street, the foyer and the bar and the dining room are quite cosy and comfortable, the breakfast is good, coffee great.
