The location was great and beautiful, to the plaza at four o'clock with easy access to a market and boutiques. The daily service was nice.

Very central location of this good all round hotel was a bonus. And next to bars and restaurants, it was a bonus.

Our breakfast was exceptionally good and rich and at 9.15am, the stuff was absolutely brilliant. The room was neat and huge, included with safe, the bedroom, for instance. We really enjoyed the great and fab location to the resteraunt in the good area. Besides, it was next to San Miguel I.

The setting of hotel was exceptionally nice, on the pistol shooting organised activity. The staff was very hardworking at all levels. We got an upgrade to an a nice size and extremely pleasant room with climate control, a mini-bar, and a balcony.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, particularly nice views of the volcanic mountains, everything is perfect. The rooms are high quality and generally offer a TV, a lounge area, and a separate lounge. The breakfast is reasonably priced and varied, I greatly enjoyed cereals, pastries, and fruit.

Reasonably priced and rich breakfast with lots of choice. A nice size rooms & great-sized bathrooms. A perfect and exceptionally nice location next to bars and restaurants. Very clean restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Modern, fairly clean place with smart staff at the reception desk. Very clean beds, a TV set, a writing desk and a balcony in the room. Fantastic location, 15 minutes' walk to La Pinta Beach. And right by Tenerife for the sun as well as plenty of choice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The animation team worked hard. The restaurant was clean and well-managed. The suites were spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient for shops, bars, and restaurants. The pools and public areas were clean.

Can't fault anything about it.

The rooms are not modern at all, they should be slightly renovated. For an all-inclusive, it didn't live up to my expectations. . The photos on the page have nothing to do with the accommodation.

Everything is very good for families with children.

The hotel in general is in need of minor general refurbishment.

I truly enjoyed that the room was stunning and well cleaned with the couch in the lounge part. The location was marvellous and fab because it was near a restaurant and a bar as well as beach shops and bars.

This was our 3rd time at this hotel and it never disappoints. The selection of pools is great, and the stage area is perfect for entertainment. The cleaners do an excellent job, our room was always spotless. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff, from reception to cleaning to animation and pool, were amazing. Shout out to Jose, Fernando, Anita, and GG from the animation team, who were so interactive and kind. The day activities and evening entertainment were brilliant, especially the Samba dancers and parrot show. The location is also ideal, with something for everyone. We can't recommend this hotel more!

All in all everything was great, had a fantastic stay for this holidays. The breakfast of our place was exceptionally good and rich at 9.15am, enjoyed it. The staff were absolutely brilliant and wonderful and the location was brilliant in which the sea could be seen visibly giving a new vertex on the word beauty.
