  Probably one of the better positioned hotels in the town for mountain watching, very friendly staff and our room faced the great Matterhorn.

  Quiet location, great having courtesy taxi to Gornergrat station and staff very helpful and close to all the activities in town. Hotel very convenient to access gornergrat.

  Our room had an amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony and my stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were incredibly helpful and gracious, bath was spacious and clean, breakfast was good.

  Location was brilliant for ski lifts and the hotel staff were very friendly. The service was amazing and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was excellent.
