The rooms are new-fashioned and en suite with tea, go about, for example and the staff are superfriendly. The location is fantastic and amazing, to that park. Excellent service and the food is fabulous.

Its service was great. The food was local, and the room was great little. The stuff was efficient, excellent all the time.

Our stay at Hot Water Beach Top 10 was well worth the money. The cozy deluxe cabin provided just enough space for two and had all the essential amenities. The location was perfect, with a peaceful atmosphere and a short scenic walk to the stunning Hot Water Beach. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, especially Sarah, who went above and beyond to assist us when we encountered a road closure on our first night. A special shoutout to her and the team for their excellent service.

The breakfast option could use some improvement, as it would have been great to have unlimited wifi included in the price. While we didn't mind washing and drying our dishes, it would have been a nice added touch to have it included in the service, especially considering the cost of our stay.

For a Camping site, the Cottage was comfortable and quite nice. And it was close to the hotwater beach which we wanted.

Pretty high price for a camping site. View from the Cottage window unto the parking place was not very pleasant.

The location to the very back "football" field was convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed the brand-new room in the women's bathroom and the staff were efficient.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Staff were super; always ready to help; always with a smile. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. Location..couldn't ask for more! Be aware it is isolated, aside from small resort shop, nil other shops around.

Smoking by other guests; due to proximity of cabins, smoke is intrusive. Possibly the park could institute a smokers corner far away from everyone else? Kitchen is beautiful but has no utensils...come prepared or they charge you to hire them!

The location was wonderful, with a short walk to hot water beach. Spades for digging were available for hire. Kitchen and bath facilities were adequate. Onsite takeout shop was really handy.
