I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, with direct views of the beautiful Lake Fagnano and its pebble beaches. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the basic amenities, including a TV. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a fantastic bonus.

Spent Easter in a cozy cabin with breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was perfect. The location was remote, but that was actually a plus, as it allowed for quiet and peaceful surroundings. The homemade food was delicious, especially the parilla which was a great value for money.

While the restaurant had great food, it was a little expensive for what was served. there were limited options on the menu.

We had a fantastic stay in a cabin that overlooked a stunning mountain lake. The view alone was worth the trip! The staff were also very friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the heart of Patagonia.

We did have a minor issue with the breakfast. While there were a lot of choices, we would have liked to see more healthy options available.
