The a double room I was given was complete with TV and a private bathroom and fan. The staff were more than helpful whole time.

The kids absolutely loved splashing around in the rooftop pool and taking in the stunning views of Madrid. It was a perfect spot for us to relax as a family and enjoy the sunshine. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable family vacation.

My children wanted more kid-friendly amenities, such as a dedicated play area or a kids' club, to keep them entertained during our stay.

The staff don't know English. We had to talk via Google Translate. It was very difficult to find the hostal it's situated on 4th floor of apartment house. There is no air-condition, too hot in summer.

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a perfect area, so close to the center of Madrid, stores in the city, and the attractions madrid had to offer. It had very central location close to Fuencarral Market. The staff were more than helpful, many of them were helpful people.

The rooms were spacious and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the main attractions of the city. Plus, there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, perfect for enjoying the Christmas festivities.

We had to wait for a long time just to be let into the lobby, and then the manager arrived late and treated us rudely. On top of that, our room wasn't what we had booked, with two single beds pushed together instead of a double.

The owner was behaving like a dad with his children: telling travellers to stay quiet, to close the door of the room, etc there's no elevator, and the entrance to te building is not nice at all

The staff members were all gentle, the rooms were charming little and neat with the bathroom inside and air-con and TV. The location was good, for example, a huge plaza was not too far from the hotel.
