Great location, excellent value for money hotel and staff were also friendly.

Out of all of the hotels on my lastest trip, this was the best deal for the price.

    The location was fantastic, the hotel was charming in design and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious.

    Very good location, easy access to subway and one small piece of advice: bring ear plugs you are not planning to join Madrid's nightlife. The comfortable triple room in a nicely arranged hostel within the old building and the decoration is very delicate.

    The staff is not pleasant, the receptionist didn't speak much English and so I had to go down to the reception to be able to access the internet. That the towels are changed only every other day.

    The superb location and street rather quiet. Comfortable hotel and a small hostal on the 2nd floof of the building. A helpful staff, receptionist spoke perfect English and they were more than willing to hold luggage after check-out. The room was clean.

    Very good location, cosy atmosphere and well appointed reception. Decent size rooms.

    Five AM loud street noise from groups presumably heading home after a long night of partying and so they say wireless connection for free. Staff didnt speak other languages than spanish.
