For us, it was definitely a 5* luxury hotel at the price of a 3*.
Excellent shopping location, pleasing modern decor and even more to stay to the old building.
This hotel was in a perfect location and the staff were friendly.
Excellent location hotel got good directions just take exit 129 from the main road and it led straight to the hotel.
They provided incorrect bus timetables to areas outside of the city.
Location is convenient, a few minutes walking from the cathedral and from Plaza Nueva (where you take buses or start to ascend the Alhambra).
The room was large and had a comfy bed, plasma TV, a couch and a really fantastic bathroom.
The room was large, with one of the most comfortable bed and top quality linen.
The hotel room was clean, spacious and the huge bed was fantastic.
My room was large with very good quality bed linen and an excellent selection of toiletries.
It had 1 King bed, a small desk and chair (with a TV attached to the wall above the desk), 2 comfortable swivel chairs, and a leather coffee table.
Moreover there were excellent services, breakfast was rather costly so we had some individual items in our room - perfect and the restaurant was all booked up so I didn't try.
The bar area appeared to be the white plastic tables and chairs in this "garden" which were located near the restaurant.
Ate in the restaurant one night and I have to say the food was excellent, well cooked and beautifully presented.
We ate in the restaurant on two evenings- was elegant.
Also heavenly bathroom products - I could have stayed in for hours and the restaurant is one of the best in Spain.

We enjoyed the Arabic style ceilings in the lobby and the courtyard was nice change of pace from the bustling city.
The courtyard bar area is lovely, this hotel is in a renovated old villa and very helpful the rooms are kept spotless.
