We were delighted by the panoramic views from our decent-size bedroom with its amazing, panoramic windows. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to be able to choose from different types of pillows for free. The bathroom was modern and stylish, with a nice shower. The breakfast had plenty of choices, including gluten-free bread. The staff at the hotel were very professional, kind, and attentive, providing excellent service. Plus, their local knowledge was incredibly helpful for us as friends who enjoy going out at nights.

We love mountain views and this hotel disappoints. We expected more especially in the valley where cherries are abundant. The room was fine but lacked that “wow” factor expected from a 4-star establishment. The breakfast buffet offers decent food choices although hot breakfast options may need some improvement. On the bright side, the staff and service are first-rate and there’s a refreshing river nearby perfect for nature lovers.

Parking can be an issue and guests may need to find a spot on the street.

The location was dope, with hella natural pools nearby. We checked out the nearby monastery in Plasencia and it was sick! We also hit up the picturesque village of Hervás and it was so chill. The room was lit, comfy bed and everything. The buffet breakfast was fire, fam!

Only thing I'd ask for is more lit activities for young party-goers, like a dope club or something.

Both places were super cool and had the perfect vibe for us teenagers. We had a blast checking out the historical sites and taking tons of Instagram-worthy pics. It was the best vacay ever!

The only thing we wished for was a bigger party scene at the hotel. We're young and love to have a good time, so it would have been awesome if there were some more activities or events geared towards young party-goers.
