  Pool area lively and hey a great hotel in the heart of magaluf. Friendly staff, room cleaned daily to a basic standard and the Bar is of a good size and there is evening entertainment.

  Good location and great value at the price. Free internet in reception and the best thing being the food and drink. Security and the maids all very friendly.

  Pool area were kept tidy, hotel was spotless and we arrived midday and the staff were friendly checking in. The rooms were big enough, we had a double bed, a single bed and a couch, well the food was diabolical, and the only all inclusive drinks available were local alcohols. We arrived at 11pm and the receptionist was helpful.

  Location is near to magaluf and generally the hotel is 100% worth you pay for. The staff are great, as for the rooms well a load of and the pool is easily big enough and the bar is right next to. Good selection of food and general welcoming attitude.

  Pool area was kept spotless and the hotel staff were always helpful and friendly. As happened, the rooms were clean, the food was also at best OK.

  The bar area was spacious and the Hotel was excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, room was perfect and the food was great, we had a great selection and English food.

  Some nice bars nearby especially the prince william and great location. The hotel was spotless, staff were polite and rooms were also cleaned every day.

  View from balcony amazing stayed in 715, the best thing about this hotel was the pool area and the hot water lasted approximately 20 seconds and then went cold.

  Staff were very rude, the food and the selection of food was really bad.

  The views from most of the bedrooms are great, generally the hotel is 100% worth you pay for and the swimming pool is nice and big and has a pool bar right next to. Food was fine for an all inclusive and the drink selection is vodka.

  And the staff are quite simply rude, bed is uncomfortable.

  A fantastic position in respect of getting to the beach and all the local bars and shops, near the hotel you can find two beaches. Breakfast is ok, lunch and evening meal is fine too, the pool is decent.
