Spent xmas at this hotel and really enjoyed the festive decorations and the Christmas dinner buffet. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and soft pillows. , the breakfast was quite good with a variety of choices and freshly made waffles. The hotel is located near a shopping area and public transportation, which was convenient for us to explore the city.
The check-out process took much longer than expected and the staff seemed unprepared for the holiday crowds. The room service was quite slow and the food was not very flavorful.

Luxurious and exclusive amenities were fulfilled during my stay at this hotel. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with a variety of massages and treatments available. The room advantages were exceptional, with a comfortable and clean bed, a large bathtub, and a beautiful view from the window. The Restaurant had a great selection of dishes, and the Bar/ Lounge area was perfect for a nightcap.
Though this hotel was exceptional in many ways, the service at the front desk could be improved. It took longer than expected to check-in, and the staff seemed unorganized.

Had a great stay during my Christmas vacation. The amenities offered at the hotel were impressive, with clean and spacious rooms. The location of the hotel is also in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. Breakfast was quite enjoyable with a variety of options to choose from. the staff was hospitable and made every effort to make sure our stay was pleasant.
Although the hotel was good, the dinner menu lacked variety and seemed repetitive. , the TV remote control was quite outdated and had several non-functional buttons.

This hotel is situated quite far away from the city center. However, the surrounding residential area makes for a calm and peaceful vibe. The rooms are great,with soft and comfortable beds and luxurious bathtubs. They are well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff is polite and tries their best to provide a good service. The hotel buffet breakfast is quite diverse with a good spread for all tastes.
The Chinese restaurant on the second floor has very slow service, which can be frustrating for those in a hurry.
