The staff are very amiable and extremely helpful and the room is newly remodelled with a large balcony. The hotel has a super central location in the very center. The venue provides an excellent service.

The staff at Hong Ngoc Dynastie Boutique Hotel & Spa provided exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met during our stay. The manager was especially friendly and offered great advice on local attractions. The reception staff even made restaurant reservations for us, making our dining experiences hassle-free.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as some noise in the morning due to housekeeping and a lack of USB sockets in the rooms, these were easily overlooked compared to the overall positive experience.

We liked their manners and always felt welcome, staff very helpful and eager to help. Whatever we needed they always make the efforts to assist us, they are very accommodating. We definitively recommend this hotel. Location of the hotel is perfect for shopping, at the heart of the old city, and felt safe at all time.

Thank you everyone for a good stay for their great service and help during my stay. The room was recently renovated and great-sized, with smoke detectors and scenic views over the lake. The bathroom was best with a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet. The location was particularly good and magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from a majestic church.

Good WiFi available. Reliable information about street food tours and Ha Long Bay cruises.- Helpful in organizing taxis and transportation.

No conditioner available, only shampoo and shower gel. Bathroom was too dark.

The front desk staff was wonderful. It didn't matter what time of day or what crew was on duty they were all terrific. Proximity to the sights and sounds of all of the old quarter of the city was perfect.

The catering staff.... At breakfast in particular.... Seemed quite indifferent regarding assisting guests and replenishing empty food dishes at the buffet table.

We loved the rooms-we were upgraded to a suite. The furniture was gorgeous and the rooms spacious. The staff were lovely, really friendly. The location was good, in the Old Town but completely quiet once inside the front door.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They treated us with incredible hospitality, making many arrangements for us and being extremely helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of amenities such as free Wi-Fi, soundproofed rooms, and a spa and wellness center, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Staff woke us up at 6.30 in the morning and opened our room door without permission then couldn't explain why they were there - it was a bit scary. When we checked out, they claimed the amount on Booked.net excluded tax. Wouldn't stay here again.

Wonderful up-market choice

During our stay at Hong Ngoc Dynastie Boutique Hotel & Spa, we were impressed with the central location in the old quarter of Hanoi. Everything was within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel rooms were spotless and surprisingly quiet, especially when facing away from the road.

Very very good and excellent breakfast with cooked to order eggs, noodles and also Asian to Western and amazing customer service. Reasonably large and beautifully designed room and a safe, flat screen cable TV and a mini fridge bar inside. Centrally based in good area next to Hoan Kiem lake and a nice restaurant and very accommodating staff. Nearby New Gentry Beerhouse - great place to chill out.

The hotel is situated in a good area, close to the wrong place and within walking distance to the lake. The room is clean and the bathroom spacious, with excellent customer service from front desk and hospitality staff. Breakfast is delicious and fresh with good variations between Asian, British and Continental. An on-site SPA with competitive prices is also an advantage

The views from the hotel are not impressive.
