I just didnt like the bed which was a bit hard.

We had a two-bedroom suite on a premier floor which was amply-sized.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite, with a small kitchen (with microwave, fridge, and cooking stove) so it's perfect for families with children.

The hotel has mostly seviced apartments of different sizes.

Location is the primary draw for this hotel/service apartment.

You're almost above the Haungpi Lu subway stop, very close to the 'hip' shops and restaurants at the Xintiandi development and at the beginning of Haui Hai Lu shopping street.

Restaurants, Metro and banks are also very accessible.

Within walking distance of most sights and shops.

However I would consider this a hotel, because of its offered services.

Service is average by Chinese standards--friendly enough; ok English.

Gym, Pool, Tennis-Court, Spa etc: Above average.

The lobby and other common areas are a bit dowdy.

They have a swimming pool and children's playground, although we didn't see them so I can not comment on their equipment.

In addition the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
