The front desk staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and modern.
Central location to all banks/financial institutions, nicely located hotel very convenient for the metro and the service as always was good.
The mini-bar refrigerator did not work – everything in was warm and breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The room had a very nice view of the harbour and sorroundings, the bed, also a little stuff for my taste, was comfortable and pleasant, all the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, courteous. Fresh fruit and water were replenished daily, the food at the Marriott Cafe was great esp.

The staff in all locations were extremely friendly, helpful and solicitous, the hotel was a good value compared to The Mandarin and The Shangra La, service were fabulous. The room was beautiful.

Our room had two walls of windows and great views, the best thing I liked about the hotel was the proximity to the CBD, the service was excellent. The beds were very comfortable.

An enjoyable stay in a great location, friendly helpful staff and the complimentary bottled water saved us heaps. Food here is reliably good, the facilities and amenities are excellent.

From a hotel that's touted one of the best in the world and really great service. Large well equipped bathroom and staff very good food good. The delivery of fresh fruit every day, all in all, a wonderful choice in Hong Kong and nice cocktails. Outdoor heated pool surrounded by amazing skyscrapers.

The location is perfect, the best underground system I have ever travelled on and excellent taxi rank on the Pacific Place traffic circle. Worth the money you pay for and another bonus, free coffee and tea at the lobby for on the go in the morning. The staff is courteous and helpful, concierge Level is fabulous, the rooms are spacious will need an upgrade soon. The breakfasts are good without being spectacular and the pool is lovely and heated well enough to use on cool days.

The location is great and to Star Ferry Queens Pier via enclosed walkways. Hotel staff are very professional and the lobby is spacious. The service is quick and attentive, beds are Marriott Revive now and very comfy.

Location is excellent, proximity to mtr etc very convenient and good Central place to base yourself in Hong Kong. The staff is more experienced and confident, the room service food is excellent and prompt. Breakfast is an impressive spread as well, the pool and spa are great.
