  Pool area is clean and the workout room adequate, the suites are very comfortable and would be great for an extended stay, the staff is INCREDIBLE. The spa was nice and warm helps the weather is cold.

  Very pleasant and comfortable environment in the lobby area, nice place, no apology from the staff, just ok. Our room was clean, breakfast was good and complimentary dinners were wonderful.
