I needed to use the business center to send an urgent fax, and at the time both stations were being used.
But when I got ready for bed, I realized the room has no solid curtains to block out the fllood light aimed directly into my window.
But this hotel was excellent very clean, very helpful we had 3 rooms a Kitchen with hardwood floors, living room and bedroom 2 TV's a Laundramat on the second floor.
The room was very clean and spacious, pretty quiet here and I thought the bed was very comfortable.
Nice suites with easy chair, ottoman & TV in each room.

The property is new, clean, well appointed, close to shops/restaurants/UF/interstate, and has a friendly staff.

Complimentary breakfast was standard fare: eggs, the entire facility was great from top to bottom.
The manager printed off a list of local restaurants for me and pointed me in the right direction once I chose the one I wanted.
Mini kitchen w/ stove, full refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, cupboards - but no plates, silverware ( you can pick those up at breakfast though).
Service was very friendly and very efficient ( No maps of Gainesville at front desk though).
You can leave a shopping list with the front desk and they will do the shopping for you and do not charge you for the service.
The front desk was polite and courteous, the cleaning staff was extremely friendly and accomadated us with extra towels when requested.

I loved the managers reception in the evenings I could get a meal and relax and then go upstairs to my room.
Our room overlooked the parking lot that is shared with the Hilton Garden Hotel.
The pool area was beautiful, and the pool water was crystal clear and cool - no easy feat in the July heat.

Rooms are very clean, free breakfast is such a luxury you have children.
Hotel has a light dinner in the evening, has a friendly staff and the suite was clean and comfortable.
Nice bathroom, wine free of charge and clean fairly large pool.
