It's a surprise location, as you're near car dealers and other retail stores.
We will stay there again since we have a son at USC, it is a great location.
Somewhat odd location, surrounded by car dealerships.
The only thing I could wish for at this hotel is a shuttle to and from the airport.
The 2 bedroom suite had a living room with a kitchenette and bedrooms on either side (1 bedroom has 1 bed, the other has 2 beds).
The rooms are all suites and the paticular room we stayed in had a seperate living area and bedroom area, so when it was time for the kids to go to bed, we could just shut the door and watch tv in the living room!
Two queen beds, a sofa bed, plus a crib for our toddler- and lots of room to spare.
The bathroom lighting was strange also - the tub and toilet are in one room and the sink in another.
The bed,the towels,the kitchen,just the whole taste of the room was excellent!
Bathroom was nice, towels were fine - as were the Neutrogena amenities and everything on the breakfast bar was very good - except the eggs.
The breakfast was just fine and filled my gang until a late lunch was ordered.
The young lady who checked us in was pleasant and even recommended a great Italian restaurant for us to eat at.
In the morning there was even a small buffet breakfast for us to eat.
Went to breakfast the next morning at 9:30 only to find the area packed with people either standing in line waiting for more food to come out or standing and waiting for a table to clear.
The front desk manager greeted us and was one of the most helpful managers I have ever run across.
In addition, the reception and breakfast were nice; but the wait staff were uncommunicative, slow to replenish any food/drink, and surly.
In a beautiful setting and the cooking staff was friendly.
The hotel was very clean and the front desk was delightful and friendly.
The kids loved the indoor pool and my husband and i loved the jacuzzi.
Clean grounds, clean hallway, nice pool and jacuzzi.
The lobby and eating area were nice and inviting; there are great leather chairs and a sofa by the double sided fireplace.
The staff was super nice, our room was clean and breakfast was great.
Our room was clean (and I am a freaky germaphobe) and had everything in it from a full fridge to a DVD player, microwave, stove, real silverware and plates and cups.
The room was in excellent condition and was extremely clean.
Room is always clean, internet service works great (and free!
Did not smell fresh and even with a faint smell of someone smoking previously in the room.
