Everything was more than excellent, I felt safe in this non-smoking hotel. The venue rooms were well-appointed and neat with a separate bedroom and great view, for instance. The location was favourable and incredible in the particularly good area.

The complimentary breakfast was very good with a wide selection of delicious food. The location of the hotel near the American Visionary Art Museum was marvelous and made our visit convenient. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful.

The room had a nice breeze, smoke detectors for safety, and amazing harbor views, plus the spacious bathroom had a shower, hairdryers.

The staff here is super helpful and always there when you need them. The rooms are top-notch, plus they come with a yummy breakfast included. Also, the bathrooms are big and separate from the bedroom. 🌟

I really liked staying here; it was quiet and nice. The room was tidy, had an awesome view of the harbor from the window. The Wi-Fi was dependable. The staff was super friendly and top-notch, everything was great! 😊

The room was spacious, the view was nice, the location was great. I would recommend it to anyone that is going to downtown Baltimore, and it seemed to especially cater to families. We had to change our reservation from 3 nights to 2 nights which the staff did without charge.

The carpet was very dirty near the sink, the closet door could not be closed once opened, the fitted sheets came off the mattress every night (so that by morning I was sleeping on a bare mattress) and one of the elements on the stove top was not connected to the stove.

Spacious and well-equiped suites near the waterside. Decent service and a more-than-sufficient-equiped gym/swimming pool. Efficient staff, friendly but average service. In the middel of downtown near the waterfront, but lack of shops in that area.

Shop could be a little larger in choices. Pity that there is a lot of information on the environment, but that the housekeeping switches on the dishwasher for a single pot and a cup. Good cleaning services overall.

We booked a room at this hotel in the Harbor East neighborhood. The location was perfect, right across from the harbor with many popular attractions nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with a mini kitchen and all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially during breakfast where we were treated with kindness and great service.

We had some issues with the cleanliness of the room and the functioning of the A/C.

The comfort and convenience were perfect for our needs. Having a living area and small kitchen allowed us to visit with family in a private space.
