Homewood Suites Austin-South - 奧斯汀

I had a suite with a king bed separated from the living room/kitchenette by french doors.

Our first floor room had a 1/2 bay window in the bedroom and a huge window in the den that both overlooked the beautiful landscaping outside.

There was a tv in the living room with a VCR as well as one in the bedroom with video game capabilities.

That same tub's stopper would not completely seal, leaking out water during a bath.

One of our two bathrooms had poor water pressure and the grout around the tub was black in one area.

I almost never eat any hotel breakfast; they all taste the same to me.

Nearby, the Springhill Suites across the street has a restaurant called the Limestone which has good food and the Omni hotel across the street has a nice restaurant.

The kitchen was well appointed and the free breakfast was hearty.

The free breakfast was hearty, and weeknights include a free dinner.

I went downstairs to get a cup of coffee, and I got roped into a great free breakfast.

Never have I encountered such poor service at a hotel or ever seen such rude and unprofessional staff!

We reported this to the a staff member at the front desk and she said simply- "I know".

The staff was very friendly and the service was adequate at check-in.

We told the staff we were checking out 2 days early.

Some of the highlights : nice outdoor pool, free buffet breakfast 7 days a week, free dinner mon-thur, gym.

On New Years day, we went to get on the elevator- it was pitch black- no lights.

There were also 4 or 5 beer bottles and other trash in the elevator corners on this same day.

The hotel and room are very clean, spotless really.

I stay at various hotel chains all over the country, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

This hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious.

The hotel itself is very nice, room are very clean.

I liked this hotel because was clean and the beds were comfortable.
