I recently spent New Year at this rental establishment and was pleasantly surprised by the unexpected comfort it offered. The price per day was very reasonable and the location was excellent, within walking distance of restaurants, banks and supermarkets. The rental had a fully equipped kitchen which gave me the option of cooking as well.

There were no negative aspects to my experience at this rental. It exceeded my expectations and made the perfect place to spend the holiday.

The accommodation I chose was located in an excellent location for expeditions near the famous metro station, Osmanbay, with access to all the restaurants, banks, and supermarkets within minutes of the vicinity. The distance from the touristy areas makes it a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean with hot showers. The service received by the staff was impeccable, and the breakfast that was served was a bonus to an already fantastic stay.

The view from the room was not as breathtaking as anticipated, and it was not possible to choose a room with a view upon check-in.

The rental establishment offered unexpectedly comfortable accommodations for a budget stay. The price per day was very reasonable and the location was just a 20-minute walk from the event we were attending. The convenience of having restaurants, banks, and supermarkets within three minutes was very useful. The option to cook our own food was an added bonus.

While the location was convenient, the noise from the surrounding area made it difficult to sleep. the rooms were a bit cramped for our group, which made it challenging to get ready in the morning.
