The b&b is in a good location and the place is located in a street that is 3 minutes away from Pitti square.
breakfast was a very good value including staying open for cafe latte.
In addition very fast wifi service that is free of charge, paolo is an amazing concierge/manager and ceiling of the rooms is painted.

To all the big attractions, good restaurants and cafes are available nearby, for example in Piazza Santo Spirito, b atmosphere allowed us to meet interesting fellow travelers at breakfast. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Street can be noisy during night and the Botticcelli room had a strong smell of sewer gas.
