Well decorated unit with ample space and a four poster bed plus tea. Perfect location, calm area, next to major attractions as well as Ufizzi gallery, Ponte Vecchio and many great restaurants.

Our room with the terrace was fashionable and large. The location was marvellous for walking around a neo-gothic Franciscan church.

It was fairly clean, the staff was extremely helpful and very competent, plus the service was exceptional. Complimentary breakfast, we liked fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and cheese. The hotel was placed in the very central location close to arno promenade...

The hotel was unique with absolutely perfect and nice location next to main Shops and Ufizzi gallery, Ponte Vecchio and many great restaurants. We truly enjoyed themed room with a real king size bed and CARING staff. We had a special experience.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun and met attentive staff from check-in to check-out. This hotel was located in a very central area just off away from all the tourist crowds in the center of town as well as the town centre. And it's relatively close to Enjoy, ate there once or twice.

Impeccable service was provided here. The room was tastefully decorated, airy and had a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and an individual safe. All the employees were efficient and absolutely excellent.

The hotel was in a very central location between E15-20 from train station. A cool bonus was Caffe Letterario le Murate, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

It is a chilled-out base for a holiday, has incredibly beautiful views of the Florence skyline. Location - perfect, really close to Ufizzi gallery, Ponte Vecchio and many great restaurants, a constant parade of people walking directly in front of the entrance and the river …. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a 1400s church. Helpful staff members from check-in to check-out.

The design and styling of the hotel was fantastic. But beyond that they seemed to have taken into account all the little details which usually are over looked at other hotels. For example, decent big towels, a large glass for your juice at breakfast, wifi through out the hotel and enough hangers in the cupboard! Since I travel a lot, these little things make a huge difference. The daily aperitivo where they served little sandwiches and drinks every lunch time was great little bonus, really nice touch. Overall a fantastic stay.
