Fairly clean and wonderful place with amicable and excellent staff. Lovely and plentiful breakfast, with lots of food. Perfect location in a residential area, just next door to the market, a business district, and Tres Cantos.

Beds were a bit hard.

The room had a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a TV, which I liked. The service was good, and they offered a shuttle from the airport.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience! The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the city center on a quiet street. You can easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, just like the reviews mentioned. They were helpful with recommending restaurants and even helped me find a doctor when I got injured during a hike.

the breakfast was plentiful and good, the check in was efficient. we were met by attentive, experienced personnel. the location was perfect and magnificent, not far from tres cantos ona 2-for-1 offer, the train station and a supermarket.

The hotel had a convenient location, being near the train station to Madrid, allowing easy access to Sol in just 30 minutes. You could also get to the airport for less than three euros via the bus. the rooms were comfortable with good-sized bathrooms.

The breakfast selection was not up to par, offering limited choices and no hot dishes.

A cosy and quiet hotel, just outside Madrid. Good connection to Madrid (25 minutes) with the public! Supermarket and park around the corner!

Front desk staff friendly and helpful, room was very clean, wifi worked well, room uses space well: double bed, desk.

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem in Madrid. the value for money is unbeatable - you get so much more than what you pay for. Secondly, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Lastly, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Plus, the location is superb, with easy access to the train station and a short ride to the city center.

No complaints, everything was fantastic.

This express inn was very clean and friendly. The breakfast was good and all things considered this is a great place to stop off going or returning from Marbella. It is also located better for Madrid, though the surrounding area leave a lot to be desired.

The car parking was a rip-off....... one has the choice of paying the local car parking charges of 18 euros per night, or the hotel at 10 euros per night - it is the same car park.
