Hollywood Orchid Suites - 好莱坞

I doubt there could be a lower priced hotel room located in as good a location in Los Angeles.

This hotel is right next to a super flash 5* property - same location but way different price!

Excellent location, very close to all the action.

If you have a car, there is free secure underground parking, if you don't, you have easy access to the Metro Red Line and a host of bus routes.

Just a very short walk out the front door into the back of Hollywood & Highland centre, and a bus stop and train/subway station is right out the front of Hollywood & Highland centre - there is aslo a tourist information desk there too.

Off of this was a toilet and bath with shower over and also another room with a superking bed and mirrored built in wardrobes , 2 bedside cabinets and tv.

We had a King Suite with 2 King beds and a fold away bed and it was huge, it had a seperate bedroom a useable kitchen.

The "apartment type" accommodation contained two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one large kitchen as well as a smaller kitchenette in our bedroom.

The room was huge, (more of a suite that included a bedroom, bath, kitchenette, and TV room), a bit dark and dated, but clean.

We had a large open plan lounge with sofa bed, armchairs, dinning table and four chairs, kitchen including microwave and a breakfast bar area.

We even had a table and chairs to seat 4 a breakfast bar and still loads of space for cases etc.

After being on the road and eating out of restaurants for 3 weeks, it was such a pleasure to be able to cook again.

Half the room price could account just for the convenient location alone, the hotel is clean and great helpful staff on front desk.

There is free and gated underground parking, guest laundry room, vending machines, swimming pool and free internet access in the lobby.

Pool and free underground parking were nice touches, as was the small rooftop garden.

We found this hotel, were led by other such reviews and our expectations were fulfilled: GREAT LOCATION - vis-a-vis the Kodak theatre, clean hotel rooms, friendly helpful staff, locked underground parking, even a heated pool etc.

And essential for the modern traveller - free high speed wi-fi.

I didn't know this and wasted quite some time the first night trying to set the wireless internet up.

The rooms are nice and clean, right near the heart of Hollywood USA.

Room were large and clean and you're within walking distance to lots of cool stuf.

The hotel itself is small and old, but our room was large, newly-remodeled, clean and comfortable.

While the facility is not top of the line, the rooms in our block were all clean, spacious and met our needs.

The room was clean and the kitchen functional.
