Over-all not good value for money especially by Malaysian standards, I stay in a lot of hotels in Malaysia and worldwide and for one third the price you are in true 5 star hotels in KL.

Expected for the price a higher level of luxury than we got and the hotel is situated on a lovely beach.

The beach is nice, the hotel staff are very friendly and expected for the price a higher level of luxury than we got.

The location was great and arriving at the hotel the staff was very friendly.

We were fortunate to have a rental car, other wise you are quite stuck since the public transport is virtually non-existent and taxis are few.

I did point out that the hidden camera on the grounds should be fairly easy to pinpoint who was around at that time in the area as a camera was 5 mtrs away on the foot path.

The villa's are amazing, a livingroom with a bathroom and a fridge (with cold beers) and a seperate bedroom with a big 4 poster bed and another ensuite bathroom.

First - on a rainy day we got a leaky room and a wet bed.

Room was good size and daybed with rollout bed below so can sleep 4 in the room if you want.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds and ensuite bathroom.

It is a two-room suite with a small hall and two bathrooms.

They host quite a few nice bars and restaurants there, deadly nightshade being one of the best restaurants set on a hill with palmtrees and a very good cuisine.

It does have a good selection of restaurants, but, being so quiet, you will quite probably be the only guests in the restaurant.

Only downside - restaurant food was pretty poor - greasy, very expensive and unimaginative, though great tuna sandwiches!

However, the food at the restaurant is dissappointing.

Lunch in the restaurant was very good, however.

The beach is nice and the hotel staff are very friendly.

Quiet atmosphere and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Arriving at the hotel the staff was very friendly and spoke good english.

Service generally in the hotel was good and friendly, although maybe a bit too friendly as i had my mobile phone stolen off the balcony table which is enclosed.

The food was served hot, the pool was clean.

You can alternatively use the pool as well.

1metre deep pool to yourself but note because everything is close they are not so private but provide a nice added touch to drop in for a splash anytime you want from your from door/balcony.

Rooms are clean but looks a little old and gloomy.

Toilet are clean, gardens could be better.

The room was nice, breakfast was of a good standard and the pool was clean.

      Quiet hotel next to a great sandy beach and the staff were really friendly and helpful. 2 bathrooms in each villa was a good touch too.

      During the three days there not one hot meal was hot, the pools were very busy.

      Beautiful beach, the pool area was actually quite nice and service generally in the hotel was good and friendly. The rooms were spacious.

      The towels were old and thin, only downside - restaurant food was pretty poor - greasy.
