The room we were offered an upgrade to was brand-new and reasonably spacious and included a safe box, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar. Location: the hotel was not far from the beach with beautiful sunsets, Gili Islands, and Holiday Resort Lombok.

It is a newly remodelled and incredibly beautiful property located in Mangsit district next to the garden area and the beach because of constantly being asked to buy things from people by the entrance to the front beach. The rooms are neat and brand-new and have magnificent views of the ocean.

We stayed in a hotel located in a beautiful strip of coast with great facilities, such as a pool, buffet breakfast, and friendly staff who kindly picked us up at the harbour. The Sengiggi area impressed us with its lovely grounds and many attractions.
The room was a bit old and rundown, especially the bathroom which was not up to par with our expectations.
