The rooms are not worth the price. The air conditioner didn't work that good, because it's so old. It comes out from the top of the wall. They have people that live in the rooms, and they are up all night outside making noise so you can't sleep. Nothing is what I liked best.

easy access to I-81. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices.
I asked for a non-smoking room, but got one that reeked of smoke. it seemed as though all they did to make it non smoking was to remove the ashtrays. A little Febreeze would have gone a long way. Also, the bathroom tiles were covered in mildew. The rest of the room seemed clean enough. My daughter, who is taking an on line course, couldn't take her test because the wireless internet service was very slow and it would have timed out.

Facilities were clean and quiet, bed was very comfortable, room was large.. Free breakfast was OK. It is an older property, but well maintained. All considered, it was a great deal for the price.

Convenience (location to I-81) & Price
Nothing. The only problem was the door to the bathroom was difficult to repair, needed some fixing.

Location was easy off and on to RT 81. Good places to eat near by.
Bath towels were grease stained.

Lose proximity to our event and price.
We needed the internet to input sales/credit cards from our evevt. Wifi was not working and that caused us an inconvenience.

Breakfast was fine. Easy off and on to Rte. 81, Beds OK.
the bathroom was very dirty. mold around the tube, wallpaper falling off, dirty. We did not take a shower at all. the only reason we stayed was, we arrived very late, just had to sleep and leave early the next morning.

We enjoyed our stay and the fact that they accepted our small dog is a great plus. We sometimes feel that dogs are less destructive than some of the children we have encountered in some hotels. It is sad that not many hotels accept pets. We definitely would stay there again.

We only stayed one night (we were in transit) - so the location was perfect (right off the 81), breakfast was included and started at 6:00 am (we had to get back on the road early next morning); room was clean and comfortable (smoking rooms available -and although I don't smoke, my wife does)
We couldn't pay cash since we booked by internet and reserved with a credit card - minor inconvenience since we booked room for our friends as well - the total bill went on our credit card

Staff was very nice wonderful location easy reservations pleasant to have breakfast included
The chair in our room was so stained that I wouldn't sit on it.
