  The pool was the best feature of this location and all of the staff, hotel and restaurant, were super friendly and helpful. Cost was a good value, service was outstanding, rleanliness a plus and bathroom was clean. The Mexican cantina downtown had live music and the food was great.

  Probably one of the best hotels in this small town, nice staff and free newspapers,game room, laundry room and more. Excellent food, great service and indoor pool.

  Historic downtown not within comfortable walking distance and definitely not worth the money. Not very clean/ no elevator for physical needs.

  Helpful staff great pool and spa comfortable, comfortable rooms. Free drinks tokens as well.

  Food in the eating area was slow in coming and not that good, the hotel was very clean inside.

  Quiet rooms and good restaurant Friendly. Nice indoor pool too.

  Poor value for money, the building and would definately not do again is cleaned up.

  Nice restaurant and gift shop, best hotel I have ever been to. Plenty of pillows and towels and the staff is very professional, buffet is better value.

  We liked the location, great overnight stop and beautiful town too. Good hotel for short periods and the price was reasonable for we received. The lobby staff were very friendly, service was fine and the room was very clean and quite large. The jacuzzi was hot, the food was decent and waitress was very apologetic and we got a big discount and free dessert.

  Our sheets were never changed and the bathtub was filthy and the stopper was closed.

  The town of williams itself was great and location was good. This place was fine and also, the prices were very reasonable. The staff were very professional, beds were comfortable and the breakfast in the resturant was very nice.
