Staff were welcoming, helpful. Underground parking. Wireless internet included.

Our room was situated in a courtyard. It was a Friday night and we were kept awake by bottles smashing, people yelling, laughing, coughing, etc. We were awoken 4-5 times during the night. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I looked under the bed for an electrical outlet and was disgusted by the filth along the wall on the carpet. Also, there were no chairs; nowhere to sit except on the bed. I went next door in the morning and got a room at a nearby hotel which didn't cost much more but was worth every penny.

The hotel was very clean, front desk staff were excellent. Very friendly. We couldn't find the entrance to the elevator and one of the staff members easily volunteered to show us in the chilly(-5c) weather. The bed was very comfortable, the utensils are clean. The location of the hotel is very good, after a long walk around the village its very relaxing to know you are minutes away from your hotel.

The noise level outside, it can easily be heard through the windows, neighboring rooms were very quite, just one down side to the hotel location.

The service and really comfortable room was excellent. Great location to all service. Most of all the Manager at the time - John - was super efficient and made us feel right at home. He was able to provide us with all the information about the area that we required. As John was originally from Australia, my husband and he were able to have an in depth discussion about the upcoming afl grand final (Aussie rules football),

    Convenient Whistler Village location

I was not happy with the price we were charged. I believe I chose the $74 a night room, which seemed to be fair, considering that we would be away at an event for most of the time. when we got to the hotel I was told I booked an $88 a night room. I was very disappointed in having to pay the extra and I don't think I will use again to book a hotel. I fully believed I filled in the dot for the $74 night room. I might have made a slip of the finger but at the time from memory I know what I saw. When I got the confirmation of our reservation it showed $177.66 but I just thought that the figure included the nasty 14.5% hotel tax. If I realized as I do not after re-reading my confirmation that it does include the tax, I would have complained immediately and got the room changed to the one I actually wanted.

The receptionist was very professional and made me feel welcome, explained perfectly the amenities. Location is perfect for a stay in Whistler whether on business or pleasure. Accommodation is 1st class. Out of 10 would give this a 10 for staff and accommodation. Well done Holiday Inn.

Friendly Employees. They allowed us to check out at 2 instead of 11, which was awesome. Great location!

For some reason we found it hard to find our way to the room from the parking garage, and you can't access your floor or room from the lobby.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen facility and laundry machine in the (big) room. Working wired internet for free (Cat-5 cable). Location adjacent to car-free strolling zone in the village.

After arrival building works were underway and we had to complain to get a room which was reasonably quiet, but our request was fulfilled without issues. Car park relativly expensive.
