Rooms were AMAZINGLY clean, the sheets smelled so fresh and the waiters at the restaurant were great.
The price was good, lobby staff just barely doing thier job, did not make me feel welcome in the least and maid service was very efficient.
Nice lounge, poolside bar, snack shop, games room, great family hotel and one good point, the kids theatre in the lobby area was cute.

The kids loved the huge pool and waterfalls area and the landscaping around was gorgeous, too, this place was amazing, the staff were very nice and accommodating to families. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the food was good.
