The hotel was very accommodating, the building we stayed in was clean and the price was very reasonable.
Hotel: The hotel was very large, the prices were better than Holiday Inn and the housekeeping staff was very pleasant.
The location was great and rooms: The Aruba Tower was recently renovated.
The lobby is beautiful and location: Palm Beach is one of the longest beaches covering the High Rise area.
The location was useful and a good italian place was Bella Luna.
Good bus taxi system and the stores in Orenjastad offer better prices.
Viajamos de luna de miel el 20 de sep del 2009, al llegar al aeropuerto deben preguntar a varios taxis ya q hay algunos q cobran muy caro 30$ por 8 minutos, el hotel es muy bonito y agradable, lo unico q no me gusto es q ellos ofrecen en sus paquetes regalos especiales por ir de luna de miel y al llegar no los recibimos a parte le comentamos a la recepcionista y solo nos dieron dos camisetas gigantes de recien casados.
The room was good, getting clean towels at the end of the day was a bit iffy and the two-for-one drinks were tasty.
The rooms are good, towels is fine by you and yes the elevators are hot.
The service was excellent, guest check-in was very helpful in assisting us and the room was recently renovated.
The bathroom was updated, the breakfast buffet was great and the pool was wonderful - never problem to get a chair.
Beach were really beautiful, for the money we got a wonderful ocean view room and i would not stay at the Holiday Inn SunSpree unless was free again.
The showers were very nice, the Iguana Bar near the pool were both closed for renovations and the food was very good.
Some of the staff was friendly and helpful, their beds or at least ours was very very comfortable, the food in the a la carte restaurants was very good.
Breakfast is hot, i ordered a cocktail from the extra strong drink menu and the swimming pools are very good.

The few hotel staff I talked to were just fine and customer service overall from the employees was pretty good.
Overall Aruba was amazing, the lady at the front desk was friendly and the room was always kept clean by the staff.
