The view from the room had an awesome view of the ocean and the pool, the hotel staff were very friendly, the front desk was very nice. The bed skits on our bed was ripped, just hung all ratty looking.

The trolley system in the area is great, the whole hotel really needs to be renovated.

The lazy river pool is false advertising and the elevators are old and seem to take awhile to come.

The ocean view was awesome and was great to have a balcony to enjoy the beautiful scenery, nice place and the staff were friendly and helpful, our two rooms bathroom were spacious. Each pool/spa was very clean.

Great place to stay and the staff were friendly and you weren't afraid to sit down anywhere. Rooms were always clean.

The outdoor pool bar counters and seating area around the bar were always dirty, the lazy river was decent.
