The staff here provided excellent and attentive service, and the central location was convenient for exploring and dining out in the evenings at nearby The Old Tramway Inn.

The bed in the twin room was big. It was nice to have storage space, heating, and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel's location was very central, right next to the main theatre and restaurants. Enjoyed a lovely drink overlooking the river at the hotel's restaurant called Emma.Visited The Fourteas, a charming tea room just 1 km away from the hotel.

I had a great time at this modern, upscale spot. The staff was knowledgeable and the service was top-notch. 😊

Attractive and clean place, pleasant and exceptional staff with a single receptionist. Marvellous and particularly good location to garden at the rear in a nice enough area. For tea or coffee visit The Fourteas nearby.

It has brand-new and extremely pleasant rooms to offer with atleast the windows, breakfast for 2, very comfortable bed. The breakfast is well organized, and the location is incredible near to Stratford's pubs and restaurants as well as the town centre and surrounding Cotswolds.

We found this place very convenient as it was located in the town centre and close to all the attractions. The housekeeping and bell staff/porter were very helpful and welcoming, and the in-room amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar and flat-screen TV made our stay more pleasant. The garden area was lovely and the terrace was a great place to relax. The leisure centre offered a variety of facilities including an indoor swimming pool, steam room and fitness centre.

The room was beautifully decorated and had a terrace bar. Wake-up service was included.- The breakfast was well-organized, with freshly cooked eggs and bacon and views over the river, exceeding our expectations.

It had great and beautiful location very close to the theatre, river and high street, Shakespeare's restaurants and all attractions, shops and places to eat. And it was just a short walk away from Rsc Rooftop Restaurant, ate there couple of times.

The hotel was very good value for money compared to other options in Stratford-upon-Avon. The restaurant had reasonable breakfast prices and served fresh dishes.- The staff were excellent and the rooms were spacious.- The service provided was fantastic.

Convenient location close to the city center 🌆. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. They made a little mistake with the toiletries but quickly fixed it.

The hotel offered a wheelchair-accessible room with a good big bed, and the view was great. The location was very central, close to lots of historic attractions, theatres, boat trips, sightseeing.- I enjoyed dining at the outdoor restaurant near the property.

The breakfast at the restaurant here was fantastic and reasonably priced with the added bonus of having air conditioning and tea/coffee available.
