The Sioux Falls Holiday Inn City Center has a great downtown location, the hotel is near several quaint downtown shops and the rooms are generally clean.

The location in downtown Sioux Falls is super, walking distance from shopping, business, restaurants and clubs.

The downtown location was convenient for us to explore the area and the staff was great.

I found bugs in the bathroom, a dead bug in the bed and the overall room condition seemed a bit run down.

Though the rooms were clean and well kept up, and the bed was really comfy and the furniture and carpet were nice-the full wall windows and leaky balcony door need to go.

The bed was firm, the pool was average, the size of the room was average, the TV was standard.

There was no toilet paper in the room, hair and shaving cream in the sink, and a dirty wet washrag was stuffed behind the bathroom door.

I found the bed and bedding to be comfortable.

We ate both dinner and breakfast at the hotel because kids could eat free the service and food not good at all and you could hear splashing and screaming coming from the pool.

Exceptional service and great food in the restaurant.

Near the historic downtown with little shops and pubs and restaurants and great old downtown buildings and grassy walking areas.

Should be done in a few weeks, but right now it's a bit chaotic- the main restaurant was closed, so they couldn't offer their full menu in the more casual dining area, and two of the rooms on my floor flooded as well as several other areas.

My room was very nice and the staff from the shuttle driver to the front desk clerk to the waitress in the restaurant made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire hotel.

Gorgeous warm pool and a big fitness room.

The lobby, pool and restaurant were good, but I was very disappointed in the room.

They had a fun game room and I didn't use the pool or gym area but both looked nice.

Overall a very nice stay, excellent friendly staff and rooms were large and clean.
