Holiday Inn Shreveport West - 什里夫波特

The location of the hotel was not in a great neighborhood, the service was good and the beds were wonderful.

The location is near the airport and on the west side of town and at first following the local roads to the hotel can be confusing.

Once you arrive you will find the location to be rather convient to most of the city.

The location is about one third of a mile from freeway exits and the Hotel is not visible from the freeway.

Close to the airport so that would be good for those travelers.

Requested king/ non-smoking, and received a smoking room with a full size bed - no other rooms to change, besides other non smoking rooms.

The room was clean, king size bed, with a sitting area, refrigerator and microwave.

The room was not overly spacious, but you never felt cramped either, especially with the oversized bathroom area.

Bath tub squeeked and sunk in when standing in tub- sounded and felt like you could fall through - bizzare.

The bathroom was FILTHY, the rooms outdated and they flat-out forgot our wake-up call, causing us to narrowly catch our flight.

The breakfast menu and service at the restaurant is good.

The restaurant is closed on weekends between breakfast and 5 pm.

We had the breakfast buffet and it was very good.

They also recommend the in-house restaurant.

Many restaurants within a few miles or less.
