holiday inn surpassed our expectations during this summer holiday in shanghai. the resort-like ambiance, luxurious health club, and multiple dining options added to the elevated experience. the staff were attentive and focused on providing a professional and accommodating service. being close to hongqiao airport and railway made it convenient for our travel needs, and the nearby local shops allowed us to immerse ourselves in the culture.
