The room was sort of okay, but the ceiling had an ugly stucco texture with a huge dark stain right above the bed – not very appealing.
The decor of our room included really bad artwork, a red shower, a black & white TV in the bathroom and an unmatching paint job.
Found the room clean and the beautiful tub was a pleasant surprise.
The hallways were always clean and the room did not have that musty odor that some hotel rooms usually have.
Great service, a very comfortable bed and the restaurant is also quite beautiful.
I’ve eaten at several breakfast buffets in Holiday Inns before and they’re usually pretty good – usually there is an omelet bar where you can get freshly cooked eggs & they always put a carafe of OJ on your table.
The water pressure was great and the food in the restaurant was very good.
The breakfast buffet was good and spa was wonderful.
They have snacks in the evening and a free breakfast which we had no knowledge of.
Good menu if you eat on the premises, which I encourage unless you want mall food, because there's not much else.
Overall this hotel was very nice, the entire staff were very freindly and accommodating, the front desk was helpful in getting our internet going.
The Front Desk staff was so nice and helpfull.
The service was awesome, the maid was great the room was clean and the indoor pool was nice.
Good menu you eat on the premises, the hotel is beautiful and the staff are all exceptionally friendly.
There are so many ceiling fans in the lobby that it looks like the lighting department at a home improvement store.
Who wants to do their on-line business in the lobby?
The top floor of this hotel is called the "executive level" and you need a special key to get there from the elevator.
Staff was nice and the room was very clean.
The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and very clean, it has on of the most up to date health clubs.
