Holiday Inn Select Houston-Greenway Plaza Area

Perfect location being close to medical center and the hotel is centrally located near Hwy 59.

The location for this particular trip was perfect.

The location is great, wonderful place to rest and sTAFFS ARE ALL FRIENDLY & KIND.

The trips to the Medical Center were fine and the Hotel was really in a great location.

Anyone can access the crime statistics for this neighborhood, as well as this exact location/address through the Houston Police Department, and I have a copy for myself.

The room was large, the bed was comfortable but the decor is pretty shabby throughout.

It's right on the freeway but the building is tall enough that if you get a room on an upper floor freeway noise is not a problem (some of the rooms have good views of the city although the windows are VERY small).

Service was fine all around, the sheets on the bed were a high thread count.

The next day we at breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel, the staff there were very nice and attended to our every need.

There are many restaurants and shops near by.

Bar looked nice and the swimming pool as being clean.

There's a great restaurant, on site 'store', valet parking - everything you'd expect from a 3 star - and at a 2 star price or less!

I appreciated the free Internet service in the Business Center, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the front desk staff was very professional.

The location was near by shopping area, the stay was very nice the service was good and the front desk staff was always very helpful.

Well I did, but when I got to the front desk they told me that room service was overwhelmed with calls and would not be taking anymore orders for the night.

The pool is small and not very pleasant (it's right next to the parking lot) and the fitness room is very small and dreary.

Later in the day we went to the Galleria Mall and the hotel offers free shuttle anywhere within three miles of the hotel.

Something bad happened each day I was there -- from housekeeping walking in unannounced at 6:00 a.

The room was pristine, crisp & clean doubled sheets with many extra pillows which made for a cushy and comfortable sleep.

The service was very good and the room was clean and comfortable.

In addition the hotel experienced some damage from Hurrican Ike, the rooms are renovated and clean.

Shops near by and rOOM WAS CLEAN & COMFORTABLE TO STAY.

The room was large with a desk area, table and chairs, and most important for us - very clean!
