But the best part of this property may be its central location across from the Columbia Mall.

The atrium area was very nice and the hotel's location is great, near Columbia Mall and only a short drive to Mizzou's campus.

We rolled to the center and had to hook a foot on the outside of the mattress to stay put.

We had to use directory assistance to find the local police station to report the loss.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom fixtures were new.

I am a Platinum Priority club member and without even asking was upgraded to a room with a very comfortable bed and a plasma tv by an extrememly pleasant front desk girl.

On the positive side, the room was large and the king size bed was comfortable.

My room was clean, the bartender working in the bar was very nice and the food was wonderful.

And the room service which is ran by a sports bar and not the hotel was slow, rude, and a terrible overall eating experience.

This hotel was a great stay for us and front desk service was friendly.

This hotel has a great lobby and expensive resturants and a nice gift shop.

The pool area was under repair, the pool was empty the chairs etc not set up, very messy garbagey looking.

Check out was heckic in the lobby, but they took care of us with smiles and quickly we were on our way.

The hotel offered only wireless internet so if you need a bridge to connect.

The wireless internet was free and worked flawlessly.

Hot tub and clean and great food good value.

The food was good, the room was pretty clean, but the service is what set this hotel apart from others.

The rooms were clean and the kids loved the big indoor pool.

However a few negatives: Room was clean but there was some staining on ceiling and walls.
