  Fantastic location, next to a huge and modern shopping mall, great Hotel, staff friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and perfectly adequate, the food at breakfast was excellent. The dinner we ate as a group was really good.

  Perfect advice, recommendation and arrangement of taxi to airport, clean hotel, staff very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room pleasant, bathroom was fine, breakfast was also good.

  Very nice and charming place, excellent breakfast. Great wine.

  Into the centre of Sarajevo old town and the food in the lobby isnt bad nor too expensive. The furniture is a little outdated.

  Public areas were updated and clean, hotel had a great vibe. Room was very nice, wide lobby, polite staff spoke excellent English and the bath tub had several long black hairs. I also liked the gym on the top floor, i had to myself, giant marshmallow pillows were comfy and pizzas were especially good and cheap.

  In terms of location 's great for the train/bus station and only a 15 min cab ride to the airport, luckily more, newer, better hotels are opening, prices are reasonable. Reception could not have been more helpful, the rooms are functional and the breakfast is ample and delicious.

  The location is good for the trams, the national bus station and the train station, hotel has lots of famous views. Three pcs connected to internet are near the bar, the breakfast buffet is generous and tasty.

  Outside view from my room was very nice and the hotel was large and spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and attentive, food was decent.
