              Beach towels and bathrobes were provided in our room, was nice, location was perfect, the hotel restaurant was great for breakfast. The price of parking was ridiculous, and the parking garage was kind of creepy, staff were friendly, free internet was also a bonus. The woman tends the bar was fantastic, the pool was heated.

              Very good location near to the beach and a comfortable hotel. Wasnt worth the price and complimentary internet access in the lobby. The staff is great, tim the concierge is without doubt the best in the business and the rooms on the south side might be a bit quieter.

              Good location right next to the santa monica pier, free internet access in the hotel lobby and the kids at the front desk could have been more friendly. The rooms are well cleaned, lots of other choices to eat at near by and the employees are WONDERFUL.
